Kramer’s Panta Rhei Advances the AV Ecosystem Through Deep IT Integration and Scalable AI Capabilities at ISE 2026
Kramer, the leading company in audio-visual experiences, will showcase major new capabilities in Panta Rhei, the Audio-Visual Eco-System Platform, at ISE 2026, reinforcing its vision for true IT/AV convergence through a unified platform for managing, monitoring, and analyzing AV environments at scale.
Built from the start as a device-agnostic platform, Panta Rhei enables organizations to manage, design and derive insights into their entire AV environment, across any IP-connected device, through a single, centralized interface, available both as cloud and on-prem solutions. At ISE 2026, Kramer will demonstrate how new capabilities in device integration, automation, and AI bring greater flexibility, intelligence, and operational efficiency to AV and IT teams alike.
Deep Integration and Monitoring of any Device
New capabilities in Panta Rhei enable integration with any device, forming the foundation for sensor-based monitoring and automated actions.
To achieve this, users may select drivers from a robust, ready-to-use library or create their own drivers as needed. To streamline the setup, a new AI-enabled feature automatically associates discovered devices with existing drivers in the platform’s database – significantly reducing setup time and complexity.
Remote Action Automation at Any Scale
As organizations seek to automate routine operations and enforce consistent AV usage policies, Panta Rhei introduces new automation capabilities that enable proactive action triggering across spaces, buildings, sites, or even multi-site environments from a single management platform. These capabilities dramatically simplify policy rollout, such as scheduled device behavior, configuration enforcement, or operational responses, while significantly enhancing efficiency and consistency across distributed AV deployments.
AI-Enabled Capabilities for Smarter Operations
AI plays an increasingly central role in Panta Rhei’s evolution. The new AI-enabled troubleshooting tool, provides guidance to help AV teams resolve issues faster, reduce downtime, and build ongoing operational knowledge. In addition, Panta Rhei now features Model Context Protocol (MCP) capabilities, creating a secure bridge between internal infrastructure and external AI services. This integration allows users to seamlessly query, analyze, and automate actions across their entire ecosystem—uniting private data with powerful external tools like LLMs and CRMs under a unified governance framework.
“With Panta Rhei, our focus is on delivering real, measurable value to customers worldwide by helping them manage increasingly complex AV environments more intelligently and efficiently,” said Dorit Bitter, Chief Product and Technology Officer . “By listening closely to our customers’ evolving needs, Panta Rhei now delivers deep device integration, powerful automation, and practical AI-enabled tools that help AV and IT teams gain visibility, reduce downtime, and continuously improve how their environments perform – at any scale.”
Kramer will present Panta Rhei at ISE 2026, inviting visitors to experience the solutions firsthand at booth 3D500.
