Kramer Control Authentication Server Migration FAQ
We are migrating the authentication server for Kramer Control systems to improve the overall performance and stability and security of our control infrastructure.
Your control system will continue to function during migration. Local operations will remain unaffected.
The control interface will continue to function normally. All programming will remain unchanged, as we are only migrating to a new authentication service.
While it is important to keep your system components up to date, this migration does not require any updates to your devices.
Local control operations will continue without interruption.
Third-party integrations will continue to function as usual.
Scheduling and automation programming will remain unaffected.
All programming will remain untouched.
No, reconfiguration of Brains is not necessary.
- This issue will not be related to authentication migration.

Common troubleshooting steps after migration:
Clear your browser cache. If your reset link has expired, follow the “Forgot Password” procedure on Kramer Control login page.
Existing user permissions and role-based access controls will remain unchanged.

Ensure you have reset your password and can log in to the Manager/Builder.
Log in to kramercontrol.com from the new authentication page using your username and new password.
