To become an ENGAGE partner, you will be asked to sign a partnership agreement outlining your benefits and commitments. Each of the three partner accreditation tiers entitles you to a different level of benefits. Your accreditation status will depend on meeting pre-defined levels of sales, investment in resources, equipment and technical competency. You will have opportunities to move to a different tier, subject to evaluation by Kramer.
The Silver level provides you with a basic package of benefits. Your company must be solvent, with robust financials. You must meet a pre-defined minimum revenue target and provide level 1 support to customers.
Gold Partner level provides you with a rich set of benefits and advantages. To become a Gold Partner your company must meet the Silver level requirements, with a higher revenue target.
With an extensive package of enhanced benefits and advantages, the Platinum Partner is the most advanced and professional partnership level. In addition to meeting Gold requirements, your company will be required to provide level 2 support and deliver Kramer professional services, and end customer service support.
