Social Responsibility

Our goal as a designer and manufacturer of electronic equipment for the Pro AV industry is to achieve success in the marketplace while meeting our social responsibilities. To accomplish this, Kramer Electronics Ltd. follows the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA, formerly EICC®) Code of Conduct, the highest standard in business management systems. The RBA Code of Conduct covers labor practices, health and safety requirements, environmental protection, and ethical standards.

Kramer upholds the highest standards of business integrity in all its business interactions. We have a zero tolerance policy prohibiting any and all forms of bribery, corruption, extortion, and embezzlement (including promising, offering, giving, or accepting bribes). All Kramer business dealings are accurately reflected on the record as required by applicable laws, regulations and accounting rules. Monitoring and enforcement procedures are implemented to ensure compliance with anti-corruption laws.

Kramer upholds applicable standards of fair business, advertising and competition.

Kramer Code of Conduct

Labor Practices

Kramer is committed to upholding the human rights of workers as understood by the international community while treating every worker with dignity and respect. Kramer is obligated to comply with local laws and trade agreements in every territory it conducts its business.

Our supply chains include workers, subcontractors, and vendors that are subject to conditions that may result in violations of basic rights such as forced labor. Kramer has taken upon itself to combat human trafficking and will not engage in any business relationship with subcontractors that engage in such practices.

Conflict Minerals

Being socially responsible is an important part of our company culture. With operations in over 90 countries across six continents, we understand the impact our global activities can have on countries and regions around world – directly or indirectly.

One issue in particular we follow closely is the exploitation of natural resources in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) to fund groups engaged in extreme violence and human rights atrocities. Kramer has implemented a due diligence program based on the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA, formerly EICC®) to identify and trace the 3TG minerals (tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold) in our supply chain sourced in the DRC and neighboring countries.

Kramer implements an information system across its supply chain to gather and disclose information on sourcing of 3TG minerals in its products.
